Writer
Since childhood, William Sukala has always had a way with words. Vocabulary and grammar came easy at school, but in all honesty, math took a little extra work. But it wasn't until years later that he decided to meld his ability to put pen to paper with his passion for health, fitness, and well-being. For the past decade, his work has appeared in everything from magazines to trade publications, websites to peer-reviewed journals. He was approached by Weight Watchers' editors in the autumn of 2000 and has since authored numerous articles and served as their Fitness Question & Answer columnist.
