Presenter Biography

William Sukala is a clinical exercise physiologist with 20 years hands-on experience in both cardiac rehab and personal training settings. He holds a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology, a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, and is currently completing his PhD with a research focus on obesity and type 2 diabetes. Aside from his clinical duties, William has walked the walk as a health/fitness “mercenary” for the past 14 years. He has authored articles for major consumer health magazines, technical science journals, and websites.   He is an international presenter who’s delivered seminars in the United States, Mexico, New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong, China, and South Africa.  William has also consulted to industry giants such as Weight Watchers, Nautilus, Bowflex, and the American Council on Exercise.
